I was looking around under the hood the other night and realized my a/c belt is wearing a groove in the return hose from the oil cooler:doh:. Just replaced all heater/rad hoses a couple weeks ago. The pipe that connect the bottom return to the the hose bolts onto the timing cover so I figured it would align itself. Anybody have a good way to fix this so it doesn't happen again?

thanks,
john

Bend the pipe mounting tabs (just grab the pipe and twist) back to the correct position, so it clears the belt.
Check the short connector hose at the top of the pipe to make sure it's not twisted or stressed.
