i have my oil analyzed every oil change and was able to move to 5,000 mile intervals from 3,000 mile intervals thanks to them, but there was a tiny increase in potassium/sodium at 226,000 miles and now it has shot up noticeably at 230,962 miles. Iron wear levels went up a bit presumably because of the contamination. I did notice a low coolant level when i changed the oil but i havent seen it leaking from anything so only bad things come to mind. Might buy a HG leak checker. Any insight? 1991 3FE

Coolant is going to get in the oil either through a blown head gasket, cracked head (or more rarely block), leaking freeze plugs behind the push rod cover, or cross contaminating in the oil cooler. You'll have to rule each out one by one until you find the culprit.
