What’s your next move? Replace valves and stem seal in #2?

Might be worth verifying / adjusting valve on this cylinder before doing the above?

Removing the head isn't an option now. That is a job I only want to do when necessary. The general plan is to continue driving and enjoying the 40 until such a time as it requires another major surgery. Doing the head removal with no help is not something I want to do on a regular basis.

Yes, once I get it running I will let it warm up and adjust all the valves.
