Spring Meeting around the corner.
Lot's of things happening.
Wrench time on lifts at Wellesley Toyota.
Proposed bylaws change.
New faces.
Hope to see you there.

Wish I could make it, but I'm helping with a trail cut Sunday up in Goshen. I want to be sure it is wide enough for an 80 or FJC. ;)

A little late to ask..........any chance there will be anyone at the parts counter? I'd much rather bring my unobtainium list there. :grinpimp:

Lol... I work to support my sick love of my fj60. Searching for exhaust parts. Damn tailpipe dropped today from the muffler back. Prob really need to do cat back... Need to deal w/ that instead of driving 2 hours to the meeting.

Saw Mike FOx on 95 South in Walpole driving the 25. I honked and looked like a tool

That was me. Glad you didn't fall out. I wanted to go today but I had to pick wifey up at the airport at 1:30.

First off thanks for those who were able to make it. I understand that a lot of you had long drives and lists of things that needed to be done at home and we really appreciate the effort of making it out for our meeting.

For those of you who were unable to attend we hope you will find the time to join us this season.

A special thanks as well to our newest honorary member Nai of Wellesley Toyota.
If you haven't had the chance to check out Wellesley Toyota I highly recommend you do. State of the art well thought out facility with a group of friendly and helpful employees.

One more thanks to Steve (parts guy) and Jerry (Toyota Tech) who volunteered to host us on their Sunday.

Meeting was great and the discussions was on point and productive.
We'll report a summary of meeting minutes in the next day or two.

But what you have really been looking for.....Pictures!

Good meeting, looks like we're heading in the right direction. Thanks guys for the time you put into the club.

Thanks to Nai for opening the place up for us, the floor will never be the same. I would have been happy just watching the doors go up and down. Got to love a shop that not only has it's own Zamboni, but a garage to keep it in ............. inside the garage. :grinpimp:

We got to watch the zamboni in action after I took the 60 of the lift, out came the soap and water and a scrub brush to the floor then the zamboni  . Thanks again to Nai, Steve, Jerry and Kina throwing in a hand for their help, was nice to put the truck up in a very well lit shop to work on it.

President:
Several new events were added last year and we will continue to add new locations and additional events in 2012…OEX training last year was a huge success. FG went smooth…requests were made for additional lighting and PA system. Walter Moses mentioned getting the PA system. Social media has been very positive and we attended GCLC and Bay to Blue Ridge to help establish good relations with some of the other Toyota Land Cruiser clubs in our region… we added 17 New members. Participation incentive winner is Larry Cooper. The BOD is working on streamlining operations so next leadership will have a clean blueprint when the reigns are turned over.

Open positions: Secretary and Raffle Chairperson/Coordinator

Proposal to waive the Fall Gathering fee for the BODs has passed. This will lower the cost for the BODs by the event fee only and will not cost the club any money. BODs are still responsible for all associated costs i.e. camping, bbq, etc.
