I’ve been in touch with this guy quite a bit. Seems like a straight shooter. Forthcoming with info/fast to respond to questions. I encouraged him to post the truck here. Said he bought it unseen and shipped it across country to wheel, but changed course. High miles but I still think it’s a good deal.
 
I think so too. Probably not factory locked, but seems to be priced well. I would contact him, but my wife would kill me in I came home with another cruiser.
