Come on out to our next official 406 Cruisers Club meeting. This coming Tuesday!

Where:
Lindley Park This is a different park than last time, it is on the east end of downtown Bozeman. We have reserved the Pavilion.

When:
Tuesday May 11th at 7pm

Who: YOU! and any Cruiser/Toyota friends you want to bring along.

What: We are going to get together for 2 primary reasons: Club meeting and an off-road workshop,

1. For official Club business. We'd like to present a few topics to the club.

First, we'd like to look at what (if any) requirements we should expect from new Club members. We want the Club to be filled with active members who make the club stronger, as well as, connecting other Cruiser Heads around our awesome State. We'd like to present different levels of membership and the requirements for each. If we have consensus we could bring it to a vote.

Second, we'd like to discuss how we want to amend, change or otherwise alter our Official By-Laws. We'd like to discuss a few changes so that the club can vote when we need to, with whomever is ABLE to be there on any given meeting. We are moving towards an annual vote on everything that is critical for the club to function during our members only BBQ and raffle happening this September. We'll present more on Tuesday but please come with your ideas of how to streamline our voting process.

Third, we will discuss our upcoming off-road season opener to the Dillion area over the weekend of May 22nd.

Fourth, we'd like to present the idea of a group order for some official 406 Cruisers Trasharoo's For those who don't know it is a bag that attaches to the rear of your rig to stow trash (or firewood or wet clothes etc). We can get our 406 Crusiers logo added if we get enough interest for just a few dollars more than buying a generic one.

Lastly, we'd like to discuss anything YOU as a club would like to bring up. It is YOUR club, we're open to your ideas.

2. A workshop on off-road recovery basics.

We are going to present a crash-course (pun intended) on basic trail recovery. This will not be an exhaustive workshop on getting unstuck but it should sharpen our skills before the wheeling season really gets underway. We will cover the basic equipment you should consider carrying along, recovery points, as well as, proper use of a hi-lift jack, winch, snatch strap etc. We will have vehicles set up before the meeting starts to keep this workshop moving along.

Post up with any questions, feel free to invite other Toyota enthusiasts. Feel free to spread the word on your social media accounts if you'd like.

Sounds perfect - hope to make it!

Bump, tonight’s our monthly meeting and all are welcome!

Mark, thanks for coming man. I am glad you won the Give-A-Away strap.

We hope to see you on the trial.

Howdy Folks, sorry I missed the meeting last night. I work late most Tuesday nights, so meetings are hit and miss for me. But, I hope it went well, and I like the idea of the 406 Cruiser Trasheroo :).
