I’m having head and 3 angle valve work/beehive springs done on my gen 3 vortec heads for my FJ40. They said they always hot tank and magnaflux first.@Hamachi what head are you doing? Will Moffitt & Bratton magniflux the head? Guides/seals? etc etc etc![]()

I'm getting awfully tired of bouncing around on my poor-man's suspension lift. Five years back I re-arched the springs on my FJ62 to get ~2.5" taller. Looks sick, rides horrible.
I'm still unwilling to pay the money SOR asks for its two-inch "Comfort Ride" lift kit. They want $2650 plus shipping. G'gawd.
Punchline: looking for some stock FJ60/62 springs I can use to build my own spring packs. This should get me a bit of lift with better shackle angle and such. If any of you have upgraded and are staring at old springs I'll take 'em, let's talk. Thanks.
