You can go to the TLCA site TLCA : SOPs of the Toyota Land Cruiser Association
and I believe we have followed these guidelines and also added that the BATTERY must be secured with more than a bungee cord.
I am sure someone else from Cottonland BOD will chime on this as well.

Do you have a specific question the CLC needs to address? Line locks are ok with the CLC, if that's the question. We ask that you make sure the folks in front and behind you know you are using line-lock only. Spare in camp is fine too. Anything specific?

items of particular interest include windshield or lack there of as well as a tag and insurance. in other words are you willing to have vehicles that are trailered to the park. the safety points aren't the point of contention everyone agrees that brakes, roll cages, and battery hold-downs etc. are important. would a tlca member with tube buggy be welcome?

Some general questions that I'm sure will be asked at some point:

Last day to register?

Can you register at the event?

We won't turn anyone away at the event. You might not get a t-shirt but we'll take ya! That being said, we have never run out of t-shirts and I'm sure we'll plan for more than will show up on the food. We will set a date of around 2 weeks out on the deadline to help with the t-shirt production (since I print them).
