So as some of you know I already have the Bilstein Tundra struts installed on my rig , but the front end rakes really bad compared to the lift in the rear so I'm going to add the OEM spacers...

I'm going to assume this is going to be pretty simple. Just undo the four strut nuts and then lower the a arm down? Also, I'm wondering if I will need to have the front end realigned?

I’d be surprised if you don’t also need to remove the lower shock mount bolt to get the spacer in there. The studs stick up pretty far. But maybe… I did the ones on my former 13 when I was swapping suspension, so I’m not totally sure. I put them on the struts prior to installation. Yes, you will need an alignment.

You’ll probably also need to loosen the LCA cam bolts to get the arm to swing down enough to clear the studs and spacer.

You should definitely research whether the billys add droop travel to the front before doing this though. If they add travel and you add more via spacer it can put the CV in very dangerous territory at full droop. If they keep stock stroke length, then you should be fine adding the spacers.

Don’t your front struts have adjustable perches? Already maxed out?

Good point @bloc ..
I added a diff drop kit when I did the suspension
Just make sure the diff drop meets or exceeds the extra droop provided by the spacers, keeping in mind there is a roughly 2:1 factor for travel from the spacer to the knuckle.

And your spring perches are maxed?

The Bump Stop spacers that came with the Bilstein kit we're only about 1/8 inch thick

Spring perches? Maxed?

FYI - My Bilstein fronts are at the 5th perch and my rear (also Bilstein) is definitely higher than the front. Not a lot but just enough.
