OEM manifold vs. header/collector (6 Viewers)

My 1HZ is stock but it has a "collector" instead of the OEM manifold/heat shield I usually see, and I'm wondering if this is a good thing, or if it should at some point be replaced with OEM. The truck always starts and runs perfectly, in all temps at all speeds, with no power or cooling problems.

Leave well enough alone?

They make a minor power increase, leave it alone if it's working fine.
