Got a burned-out light socket on low beam passenger headlight. I have done a couple hours of searching and there does not seem to be an easy fix here other than cutting the existing wires and adding a new H11 socket with spliced wires. Am I right here or is there a way to fix this with connectors or a pre-done unit (part number?)? I don't feel the need to upgrade to LED, that's a whole other world and looks to be pretty pricey.
