That's neat! But no mortal has ever done the retrofit so it's useless.
Pretty sure it plugs into an existing plug under the current console. I used that plug to power my 12v sockets.
Electrically, sure, but it actually cools using the engine's AC compressor. Apparently the lines go between the body and frame and are nearly impossible to install once your vehicle has been assembled by Toyota.

While the factory fridge is pretty cool, I would never go to the trouble of installing one if my truck didn't have one already. Get an ARB/Engel/National Luna/whatever and be done with it.

If I ever want a center console fridge then the dometic 11 quart fridge/freezer is the way to go. I bought one for that reason but never go around to put it in properly. With the 50quart in the back I really don't see myself going through the trouble is installing. If anyone wants a 11 quart fridge to do this type of things just PM me.
