Hey TRT2 I'm the Calander Chair, who picked Jan 19, with out consulting me? Was that the Prez, of Vice prez.

James really got voted Safety Chair , are you sure ?
If James is still puttin up his property and there is no Fun Day chair I would organize food , raffle , and other activities if no one objects.
I was thinking of a cone course and maybe some fun vehicle games I was told about .Bounce house and some other activities for the kids .
If James is out and we need location I could start working on that.

Big Jim... formal meetings are always on the 3rd thursday of the respective month. Work with Kathy Wehrer, meeting chair on date and location.

John.. Fun day does need a chairman, no one volunteered, but it will be at the Henry's again. So our site is secure, just need team to organize and chair.

and yes James is Safety chair despite his record for injuries. We figure he makes a good example of what Not to do.

I will conact James bout what he will and wants allowed for activities and then I guess I will contact Tim and see about volunteering for the chair and organize something.
