October 16th URE Work Weekend

Talk about a wake up call out here. This place is going thru some serious changes. I have some pics on the camera that i will post iether tomorrow or this weekend about the changes. Needless to say we drove acroosa a real bridge out on a trail and they are putting more up. Some of these trails are getting real easy right now while they are waiting till this summer to work on the rest. Some hard spots put here still but not like before. drove 90 % of t he time in 2wd.

Yeah we noticed that on falls dam last time out.... they had run a bull dozer through all the harder parts except one. That little toyota truck I had borrowed did it without even thinking.

Wow, that little phone of mine might be a bit small for my fingers. My spelling was terrible. Not like it really is that good but this last weeks postings from my little phone were some of the worse.

Sucks, but they are being proactive about the water contamination "issue". Lessons learned from Tellico?

Yes. They are being very proactive from the looks of it.

Hey. Anyone know the 20 year old in charge of redoing the trails ?

The guy knows nothing about the trails up there. Sorry but got to say that. He is trying to have them do some strange / not right stuff.

Are they trying to make it crossover/sedan friendly? That would suck. That is a nice bridge.

The kid in charge up there is trying to tell the engineer some stuff that is not right. I / engineer think they could of picked someone alot better. Someone with some real experience.
