i havent given it a ton of thought but the turbo and pump were close to $2500 to get here from UK. i got the merc pretty cheap and parted a few things and kept the motor. ive got new merc liquid filled motor mounts, the rear pan and oil pickup has been done. that was about $700 to source a pan. and then ive got a bunch of small items like block off plates/ a dipstick/ oil filter housing/ and other stuff.

Most people go too big on cc for the pumps- this one was built for 110-120cc /275-300hp. both dieselmeken and dieselpump uk can flow these pumps up to 180cc for the more drift car kids, But i spoke with both and DieselpumpUK uses this shorter stroked larger cc plunger in his merc suvs in that 300hp setup range with the quicker spooling hybrid turbos that are dialed for a nice rpm band/ range and real good mpgs.
