This is an Aisan carburetor off of a 1986 FJ60. Date code is 6H19 (Pictures Below). I purchased this used, off a cruiser that was reportedly running, however I have never installed it to verify.

My intent was to have a second carb that I could send off for a desmog build, while still keeping our Cruiser mobile as it is our daily driver. After more deliberation, we are looking at another avenue, and have no use for this carburetor.

All linkage moves freely, diaphragms hold vacuum and appears to be in good working order. However, this has not been run since we purchased it and I did find that the carb is missing the secondary slow cut valve.

Please feel free to PM with additional questions.

Looks like a standard 61171 with the pivot bolt for the accelerator pump arm missing and replaced with a screw.

Ok no problem, my engine is a 2f / 01-79 USA spec, I have one installed but I think it has reached its useful life, unless I get a repair kit, since the part number was deleted. I just know that it is 21100 - ???. although it looks a lot like the one shown in the photo.

Look at the thickness of the insulator between the fuel bowl and throttle body. They are different between 75-80&81-87. Ordinarily I d say you’d be better off with anything other than a’79. But if yours is non US, what you have might be better.
