Now that's clear oil!

Since I'm working on Mike's project tranny, I thought I would warm up by pulling my own from the orange #48.

First thing I did was drain the oil. This new synthetic stuff sure is crystal clear.

Believe it or not, the only really bad rust is on the reverse idler. The rest is really thick crud, and everything moves fine.
