I am planning another trip to the Badlands in November.
Arrive mid/late morning on Friday the 8th. Stay till Sunday morning the 10th.

Staying at the Hotel Attica. Sharing rooms will be cost effective, (sorry guys, I already have a snuggle buddy, right John?)

So , there it is, who's in?
 
Oh, yeah.....I do plan to wheel on Friday, so if you come early enough on Friday, I will be at the park till it closes. So you can sit at the bar till I (we) get there or join me (us) at the park.
 
I am going to try and make this. Hopefully ill have my bed bob and hacked up rear bumper slightly less hacked up by then.

I bobbed the 4runner & have a hacked up rear bumper, so you'll fit right in Geoff.

And Todd, I won't have heat, so don't feel too bad if you don't have any either

I kinda like the snuggie idea. Do they make a 2 person snuggie? Just thinkin.

I might be able to have heat, but with no doors & no top, I bet it won't be very effective.

Its like indoor camping with demented stuffed animals in the s***ter.
 
He does kinda look like a demented stuffed animal, when he's got his head in the toilet.

The hotel is really cool, in my opinion, it's kinda creepy like an old horror film hotel.


Also, I'm gonna try & resign from the no rear shock club for this trip, hopefully even have rear brakes!
And a few other better things on the rig as well if time & $$ permits, we'll see.

Have you gotten the crossmember to stop ripping itself apart yet?
 
Awesome, best to not have your rig trying to destroy itself as you drive, best to try & destroy it from behind the wheel as you drive. Or there's always just drive & try not to destroy anything. Kinda just depends on your mood I guess.

My mood is very happy because I have a rig of my own again. I'm still very excited to be back in the wheelin game again.

I'm giddy, tee hee.

Yes the world is complete again. I heard the "El Concestador" bit on the radio this week and laughed thinking of you.
 
Do we have to reserve rooms ahead of time at the Hotel Attica?

If so does anyone have the phone number readily available?
