Did you happen to get a look at the "typical" rust spots? Under rear tailgate? Bottoms of doors?

The entire rear sill was diamond plate, looked like it had some issues beyond that did a quick walk around it would definitely be a project.
Wishful thinking, I suppose!
For that price who cares about what's under the diamond playing. I would buy it if it was near me. I've seen a lot worse go for a lot more.
