I have a 6l80 trans, I got it used and it worked well for me but I pulled it to put a 6l90 in for a different transfer case setup. When it was out I upgraded the pump to the newest GM part, I also updated the valve body to 2010, so you need a 2010 or newer computer to use as is. Trans by itself is $1000. I can also include a full rebuild kit with valve body upgrade but it's fine as is. I am clearing out parts for a move.

The NP203 and split case were attached to this trans. I rebuilt the NP203 and resealed the split case. Will come with the rest of a rebuild kit. No shifters though. NP203 has a 32-spline input currently and I have a 27-spline also. $1000 for both transfer cases and the adapter plate on the front of the NP203.

I can supply and unlocked E38 ECU matched to this trans for $200...I'll program it for whatever engine you have, as long as it's a 58x. Older 24x engines and computers will not work with a 6l80.

how'd the 203 work for you? mine howls like crazy. I really like that NWF plate you have on there, it's too bad mine is set up for dodge pattern, or id buy your whole setup just to have a complete spare setup located for my next cross country trip.

My NP203 was pretty quiet but it would never shift into low, that's why I rebuilt it. I should put this setup back in my truck because the Black box I replaced it with is noisy and leaks...I hate it. I completely rebuilt a 6L90 and I want to keep that so I'm stuck with the Blackbox.
 
For anyone else curious this should bolt up to a 4L80 with the OEM GM 6-bolt transfer case adapter. Or you could probably remove the North West Fab adapter plate and drill the NP203 face for whatever pattern.
