Noob to Tire Chains - What's best?

the ones on tire chain say they have the cam adjusters

I ended up ordering these (same ones FJ60Seth recomm) http://www.tirechain.com/HEAVYTRUCK.htm with spring adjusters.

I called the shop and talked to the owner and he said cams are for lighter duty chains, but don't really add anything except ease of tightening. Those chains (ordered) were very good for M/S, he said.

I know I'm an idiot in AL and it does not snow / ice here that often...but get a couple of the large black rubber bungie cords and use one or two per tire with the chains, to keep the chains tight against the tire.

I got the spring tensioners the guy recommended.

I have used the hell out of those and never had an issue. The chain links are big enough that they don't break with you get some tire slippage.
