Before everyone rips me - yes, I know there are 300 pages of tire discussions. Hoping someone could be so kind as to boil something down for me:

Someone offered me tundra 18" BBS wheels on 285/65/18 Falken wildpeak AT3 for 1800

My understanding is this is kinda the ideal size to fill the wheel well without rubbing. Is that accurate?

Looking for tires that run solid on the highway but good for weekend trail camping. If anyone has experience with these wildpeaks lmk if these fit that use case.

Thanks bubbas!

Approved.

No, not at all. @Carolinapanic should send me the sellers contact info instead..

LOL, no doubt.. I got my black Tundra BBS wheels from a tundra bro that was putting huge, silly offset chrome wheels on.

They had trash tires but the wheels were in great shape. I was happy to take them at 1600 bucks..

@Carolinapanic at 1800 with good Falkens your in good shape

Should go without saying, make sure they're the 5 lug version from the 2021 and prior Tundra. The newer 18" TRD pro wheels that come with 285/65R18 Falkens are 6 lug. Those are also much cheaper and more available.
