I'm trying to track down a rattle in my front end after replacing my Bilsteins with Radflos. At first I found the bolt in the LCA where it meets the Swaybar end link a little loose, tightened, rattle went away. Couple days later rattle back.
Why are the parts (bushings) in the diagram below not reusable. Is there some kind of a crush collar? I have these parts on order so I will be replacing but I'm really curious that if you disconnect the swaybar do you need to replace these bushings. Never heard this before.

I'll post more pics here when I replace.

arich, while you sniff that down, based on my limited research, there's quite a few threads that pop-up if you google "radflo noise".

I was looking at starting from a clean slate ridding myself of the ICONs and OME rears even if the ride is sweet like maple. Radflo is the ONLY vendor that makes a full kit for the 200-series atm. Given that I'm trying to get away from noisy suspensions, the results kind of scared of me off.

Something to consider... gl.

I really don't think it's the Radflos since there was a vibration before the installation. THe KDSS system was a little screwed up and was loading the swaybars so they weren't rattling. MORE on this in a future post.

right now I am looking for a definite answer why these bushings can't be reused. WHICH might fix my 2.5 year issue.

Bolt 140 had close to 1 inch of play and dealer couldn't find it because KDSS was loading system. It's now tight
When I tighten 135 the rattle goes away for about 10-25 miles then starts again. Sooooo. Take to dealer they say all fixed and on way home it starts to rattle. They think I'm crazy. I think they are incompetent.
They are just following the Toyota manuals

Zero noise from radflo's, could not be smoother/quieter!

Come guys. We're not comparing shocks.
This finding will will change the way we install our shocks.
