Noise coming from the front of the engine 1VD-FTV any idea ?

I have noticed noise coming from the front of the engine this morning when I started the car being sitting in the garage for 3 weeks it has done 084000 km on road no heavy towing. Please advice if someone had experience what it could be.

We have a 1VD-FTV, but no sound after start up. But after three weeks of stand still; maybe something running free from oil, like cam chain tensioners or valve lifters? If this, the sound should disappear after a while.
