no roof rack for now...

Took off my roof rack today to remove the rotted rubber feet, but turns out the replacements i purchased from Impex are not for my 01 LX470. Don't mind the look for now, but still on the hunt for replacements.

I haven't been able to locate the part # for the rubber roof cushions for an 01 LX470, so was just hoping for the best when i ordered from impex. If any one knows the part #'s for the earlier model LX470s, i would greatly appreciate it.

I have 63486-60060 (x2) and 63487-60040 (x2) if anyone needs them.

I took mine off very shortly after I bought the truck. So much better looking, and the only racks I like are for steering, spending, smoking, or motor boating.

I use the rack only on trips and if it wasn't such a faff to take it off and put it on, I'd also keep the rack off. The truck definitely looks a lot better without it.

Nice yeah it was way easier than I was expecting to take it off.

i love the truck either way, rack on or off, but eventually I am going to need the functionality of it to put a cargo box up there for long road trips
