I've found a way to modify this type of vacuum retard advancer so that it will fit into a late F engine distributor, and convert it from vacuum retard to vacuum advance, so I'm considering this advancer sold. As I find more of these in good shape I'll be offering them for sale, modified to fit the late F engine distributors. Let me know if you're interested in one of these.
