I am selling my 1964 M 416. It has been with me for 25 years and it's been a tough decision but she has to go. I am moving to Europe and I can't take her with me. I will be listing it in Craigslist but I wanted to open it to the group before I did so. I am located in the panhandle of Fla.
She is heavily modified and in 2008 I did a frame up rebuild to include a complete media blast and paint. I have extended the tongue 12" and added the basket which has GI issue jerry can mounts and a switched battery box. The floor was replaced with 1/8" steel diamond plate and the tailgate fabricated. All corners have been reinforced to insure the box remained stiff with the gate open. It also has a 4" x 4" frame mounted bumper with 2" receiver. There is also a vertical tongue mounted 2" receiver. It has a 12 volt 4 pin wiring harness and LED recessed tail lights in the bumper and side marker lights. I have the original wheels and tires and the original tongue frames. The parking brake is in perfect working order and all the bearings have less than 1000 miles on them. The spring bushing and hangers are new and also have about 1000 miles on them. I have a pioneer tool rack which I intended to mount to the RTT rack I planned to fabricate this yea r but I didn't get that far. This is a trailer that with just a few more hours will make someone a great trailer to go anywhere they want to pull her.
