I bought some Beck Arnley sway bar bushings off rock auto and when I opened the package, the bushings were OEM with Toyota labels. I believe these are for the front. The rear bushings that were bought together were plane jane shrink wrapped with a label that said made in Taiwan.

Is it real or counterfeit? The genuine toyota parts I get usually have additional numbers/letters stamped on them in the lower right hand side.

What's the actual part look like??

Not trying to detract btw. I hope it's genuine and you got a sweet deal. With the state of the supply chains these days, I'm always curious though.

Some low-volume importers just stick OEM in the box. Carquest used to sell 2F air filters ($$ from Toyota) for $18, and when you opened the box, it was OEM. This was in the mid-1990s, and of course, now such filters are no longer OEM.

Looks like this has been covered before. According to one guy in the thread, the upper control arms from Beck Arnley are OEM as well. Wish I would have known when I rebuilt my front end.

Very interesting thread. Thanks for posting it!

The label is authentic. Once rockauto had upper control arms as another brand and a close inspection reveal those are OEM toyota uppers (well.. see post 5) .
