This is Cole. Everyone here in Auburn knows this truck and Caleb and Cole have done the majority of the work if not all of it since Cole has owned it. I love the truck and would gladly pay the price he asking, but i ain't got no money right now. I'd love this thing as a daily driver. That 3FE is very strong especially behind a manny tranny.
The 80 in the back ground of the pics is his wifes and she is from a longtime cruiser family, dozens probably. Needless to say, between that family and Caleb... the truck is done nicely.

I bought it from Cole a few weeks ago. I sold my truck and this has been my DD since. Its been great. I took it to Atlanta a week or so ago and it did fine on the 5.5 hour drive up there. I had to keep up with another guy in a Sienna van who was running around 75-80. I didnt like pushing it that fast but it did fine except for killing the mpg's. I have a cousin in Atlanta with an '88 62 same color, ARB, lift and all. Mine feels better with the h55 fo 'sho.

Welcome tiki. Where you stay?

Im in Silverhill, right outside of Fairhope.
Check this out- my cousin in atlanta has the same cruiser. His had the stage 1 resto by TLC before he bought it. He was down this weekend and got to check out mine for the first time. It was awesome riding around and seeing his in the rear view.

He has the full OME lift, but it may be the next size down. One size smaller tires also. He's ordering a winch and snorkel after seeing mine, heh.

Did you let him drive the H55F?

Yeah he loved it! He said it felt alot peppier than his with the auto. He said that right before he had to downshift to 4th on a small hill. Ha. It's funny how your definition of power changes when you drive a cruiser. I didn't have a chance to take his for a spin to compare. He came down from atl for a funeral and we didn't have much time. I really wanted to show him the headlights. Cole upgraded mine- my cousin Carl's are the factory birthday candles. I can't believe how bad they are.

Yeah, the manual install definitely woke that 3FE up, but by no means is it a powerhouse...
The headlight upgrade was kind of a pain, but very well worth it after seeing the results. I have a snorkel hole saw if your cousin would like to borrow it.

Awesome- thanks Caleb. He's in Atlanta, but if he happens to do it down here I'll give you a shout about that saw.
The headlight install is super clean- I like how it's on that aluminum plate. Looks great, and the headlights are killer, I show em off all the time.
