Picked this up a couple weeks ago. Its a 1998 with 155k miles. Already got the mod bug, but gonna work on maintenance stuff first. Baseline fluids, new tires, some possible body work, steering rack looks like it might need some attention. All in all, im quite pleased with the rig.

The tacoma in the background is mine as well.

My other rig

Nice pickup Muffin! Based on your other rigs, looking forward to see what you do with it.

Nice Taco!
Which do you think you will like better?

I like the versatility of my truck, but recently having a baby, the access cab doesn't fair well with car seats. Right now, the cruiser is bone stock, ince I start modding it, it will feel more like my own.

Nice taco. I miss my 06 taco (wife traded for a FJ when we had our son and I got her corolla for a bit :bang::bang:), but am beginning to enjoy my 100 that I picked up a couple of months ago. I am sure you will too. Looking forward to seeing your mods.

One thing I love about my LC is the glass headlights. Wish the 4Runners and Tacomas had the same. After 16 years of sitting outside in the sun my headlights look like new. Nothing worse on an expensive car than the poly headlights gradually getting scratched and hazy. Can't tell you how many late model Toyotas (especially Tacomas), Mercedes S-550s, CLs, BMWs, etc in my area are plagued with this. They look terrible.

I concur. I occasionally do headlight restorations on the side. Stay away from the store bought and infomercial stuff; temp fix and only last a few months.

The glass headlights are awesome unless they get cracked, then finding a decent replacement poses a decent challenge. Nice rigs, both of them muffin.
