Hi all,

I'm new to everything.

I've been on a search for a FJ62, can't seem to find one so I thought I'd try my luck here. Want to spend under $7k. Needs to pass smog, clean title and minimal rust if that's even possible. If anyone knows of one please keep me in mind. I'll also be joining the chapter as soon as I get one.

The SoCal Land Cruiser Club is having our Holiday Party and meeting on December 4th in Anaheim. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll send you our club info.

You are welcome to come even if you don't have your Cruiser yet! You never know, someone in the club might be selling one or knows of a good Cruiser.

We must be talking about the same one.....I stopped over there this morning and talked to the owner. 125K miles, silver, 1987, no rust, very clean, $12K. I asked her if she was firm on that price and she said to make her an offer. Seems like they have lots of vehicles and "stuff" for sale (including their house).....maybe they'd negotiate down quite a bit (but who knows).

Thanks CrusierStuff for taking the time to go check it out, I appreciate that. I just so happen to have found one in Los Angeles today!! I'm picking it up this weekend, so excited! All CA car, no rust, small front dent, but fixable, 264K but all work has been done by Richard at K&H for the last 8 years. Lady was super sweet and totally took care of this car. It's got some oil leaks that I'm determined to figure out and the windows need some tweaking, but overall I'm ecstatic!
