Hello all. Matt from southern NH here. I just picked up a one owner TLC with 263,000 miles today. She drives really great, but has nearly all the issues that I could expect to deal with including shaky side mirrors (both), non-functional drivers side power seat, slow windows, cracked dash, squeaky steering column at low speeds, stuck power antenna, and a leaky head gasket. The good news is that it came from out west and there is no rust to speak of.

Curious how others prioritized which issue to work on first. Thanks in advance!

Welcome!

1st...head gasket...2nd-248th, everything else!

If it's liquid, flush it and change it. All the rubber tubes those various liquids flow through, change them too.
All the vacuum lines, PCV and various hoses.
Then hunt down any leaks that annoy you.
Slee (IIRC) has a pretty good baselining list.
Please put your year and mdl in your sig line so we know how best to assist should you bring questions to the table.

Welcome to MUD and have fun! :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

Congratulations and welcome.

Seems like the leaky head gasket would be the priority. Fixing the seat might be helpful. Almost endless stuff to chip away at. Baselining is a pretty common thing to do with a new rig.
