Sorry for this post. I have been replacing everything in sight on my new to me 1996 LC, 111,000K. Got a nice looking new gas filter but have not found it's home yet. Is it time to crawl under her again? I just did the O2 sensors so what the heck.

Any tips are welcomed.

It's under the top half of the intake manifold. Follow the gas line up to it.

Is it best seen from the engine bay or below the engine lookin up?

Thanks:beer:

Take the wheel well skirts off and the tire and peek in thataway. You'll see it there under the intake.

I used a whole bunch of extensions and losened the mounting bolts laying on my back and coming from underneath. There is more than one way to skin the cat.

Do a search and read up. There are some tips you'll want to know to make the job easier. Like losening the fuel line banjo bolts before you loosen the filter mounting bolts.

Sweet! Sounds like something I should do when I replace the shocks. Now if I can only decide on which shocks:bounce2:
