I just put Black Rhino sprocket 20" x 9.5" with a -15 offset on 275-55-20 tires. They seem to fit but I did have to remove my front mud flaps and I get some rub when I turn once in a while. So I'm thinking I lift this for looks and so I can stop the rubbing and put my mud guard back on. I read alot about the Billstein 51

but not sure about springs. Do I keep the stock springs for front and rear?

You have too much offset. +5 is the sweet spot for 32’s if you want them to fit without mods. Lifting won’t help.

You have too much offset. Lifting MIGHT NOT help.
Fixed it for ya. Lifting may help, but it looks like it would need to be 3-4” in order to get you high enough to get rid of all the rub.

And I gotta ask... Why 20” wheels, with an aggressive tread? Bigger wheels only help with on road handling (like on a Porsche), and aggressive treads only help off pavement, where the lack of sidewall is a major detriment. 20s are fine if you are running a 37” or bigger tire, as you have sidewall, but on a 31” or 32” tire, you have so little sidewall it is counter productive.
