Last month I found a 2000 LC with 149k. It had 4 previous owners and a clean car fax. The most recent owner had it since 115k and he bought it in 2008. All required maintenance performed on time, and it was in great shape. The interior was extremely clean, the original leather seats were still in good condition. The truck was completely stock except for a new Pioneer receiver and Bilstein shocks. The A/C didn't work, and I did notice that one of the cv boots was leaking, but not too bad.
I ended up paying $7300 for it.

Took in on a little camping trip the first day I bought it.

Since buying it I've:
- removed the running boards
- installed 285 75 r16 General Grabber AT2s
- cranked the torsion bars to lift up the front a little and alleviate some lean
- fixed the boot leak, but haven't gotten to replacing the grease just yet

I've also got what I think could be a leaky exhaust manifold... Light ticking sort of sound coming from under the car, worse on acceleration from low speed, almost impossible to hear at constant speed. If that is the case, I am not too worried as I work with a skilled welder.. If it's not the case, then I'm really not sure, the engine runs very nicely though so I'm not overly concerned.

I plan on installing a platform soon to make sleeping in the back easy in a pinch, and to make trunk storage more organized.

The most recent picture I've taken of it, just after putting new tires on.

All in all, I am very happy with my purchase, and very pleased with the info I have gotten from this forum so far.

looking good , and welcome.. check out the KISS system drawer group buy. If I didn't already have something I would be all over that !
