New to the area. Reputable shops in Calgary, Alberta?

Hi all,

I just recently moved to Calgary, Alberta from the Maritimes. I have a Fj62 that I converted to Diesel.
I guess I have to make the "Out of province inspection" here in Alberta.
Are there any cruiserheads here in Calgary that are knowledgeable and have good leads to shops that perform the inspection?
I'm reluctant to go to Midas or places like this as they tend to squeeze some money out of newcomers.
My truck is in great shape, so I think inspection shouldn't be a problem.
Also I look forward to meet some fellow cruiser owners in Calgary. Do you have a club or a meeting once in a while?

One of the reputable shops moved east! Wayne went to Ontario a week or two ago! He used to be in the south east side of town I think.

The local club is the rocky mountain land cruisers http://www.rmlca.ab.ca/

they have not yet come on board and just hosted there forum here.... they are still on mailing lists.
