New to the 95

Hello all you KZJ95 owners! Iv'e been an LJ78 driver now since 06 but just bought a 1996 KZJ95 Prado for my wife. I'm in Canada and will have to deal with the headlights. Can anyone tell me if they will be "E" coded and if not what will be the fix to make them compliant?
