I just picked up my first LC200. It's Amazon Green with Sand Beige interior, and the wheels are powder coated bronze, which I really like. It's got 164k miles, and looks to be overall in great shape, minus quite a bit of clear coat peeling on the hood and roof, with little bits elsewhere as well. I already lined up a complete repaint for the hood and roof, and will be getting the front and rear bumpers refinished as well. She was built, it seems, as a bit of a show pony to be sold on Bring a Trailer, and driving it the four hours home from the seller, I decided on some things I want to change to make it more suitable as a daily for road trips, etc. First, we're more hotel folk than sleeping in a tent on top of a truck folk, so I'll be selling the brand-new Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform and Backbone system on the roof. I'll also be selling the almost brand new LT275/70R18 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM3 tires. Might make more sense locally, but if anyone wants to have them shipped, let me know. I'll try to attach pics here, so you can see the items.

She’s a beauty! Great forum and I learn things every day here. Welcome aboard.

Thanks! I really love the paint/wheels/interior color combo. Any suggestions for on-road dampers? According to the documentation, it has some kind of $125 "front leveler/lift kit", but it doesn't address the dampers. My 337k mile LC100 has fresh Bilstein dampers and some OME 220 lbs rear springs, and it drives so much better than this one with the likely original stock dampers and crazy mud pit tires on it.

Bilsteins are pretty much always a good move.

And congrats on the rig! Thing looks amazing..

Welcome to the Amazonian club. My 08 (229k) also has the hood and roof clear coat issues. Rest of it is great. Without having a garage it gets full sun all day in my driveway. I tried all the wax and compounds to help slow it down. Meh? I already have a full size Gobi roof rack. For the hood I was thinking a blackout kit. Not sure if the LC200 has them. Good luck with the new rig. Shes gorgous.

Amazonian Club?! Hell yeah! I've always wanted to be cool. Maybe this is finally my chance. Thank you! I wasn't really previously "into" 200s, because I figured I might never have one, but apparently the Amazon/Sand Beige is "rare"? I always see that stuff and take it with a grain of salt. I have a 6-speed manual 2003 BMW 330i ZHP sedan with sunroof delete, Imola Red over Natural Brown leather, that is 1 of maybe 10 or 12 ever made. Never seen (or looked for) production numbers of LC200 colorways, so I have no real idea about that.

Congrats and welcome! And yes, Amazon Green is a rare bird.

Welcome! I really love that color. Enjoy your new truck!

And great buy! Just saw the BAT auction listing for more pics. Nice, mostly original condition truck!
