Picked up a new to me 2007 GX 470 130k.

Now I need to go thru it and make sure i'm starting with a good baseline on fluids and wear parts, There is service history but I'd rather be more aware of the vehicle and its baseline

Any input on the below?
-air filter
-oil change
-lube driveshaft
-flush radiator
-check pads and rotor wear
-spark plugs
-F&R diff
-Tran fluid
- Brake fluid
-MAF and throttle body clean

Any that I'm missing and what you would reccommend to outsource? ( fairly handy but time and space limited= no lift)

The ones I might outsource are the trans and rad fluid due to all the liquids, maybe the plugs depending on accesibilty issues

Any other thoughts?

I'm not sure i would do the plugs unless it is running roughly or down on power (I didnt). I did all on your list except trans fluid because i will have the dealer do that. I was amazed at how clean and wonderful my TC and diff fluids were, it made me feel really good about the truck. Congrats on the new truck.

I bought mine two years ago, with 118k on the clock. I did most of the above, but I replaced radiator, water pump, belt, tensioner, and thermostat. I have read that the starter and alternator are also things that can fail, but opted not to do it at that time. My alternator just went out at 135k, and while the mechanic was in there, I told him to check the starter (did not need replacement).

I bought all of these parts (Aisin) on Amazon.
