New to me 3B on a 1985 BJ73. Power steering belt keeps loosening--is there supposed to be lock on the adjustment screw? (1 Viewer)

I am working through issues on my new to me 1985 BJ73 with 3B. I adjusted the PS pulley using the 12mm adjuster bolt, but it keeps loosening up. Is there supposed to be a 'locking' mechanism on that setup somewhere so the adjustment bold does not work its way loose?

The centre bolt on the idler pulley should lock the idler in position along the adjuster bolt. The long adjuster bolt with a 12 mm head does not have a lock nut.
