Looks like oil changes every 8-10k miles. I only see one differential/transfer case service, I’m doing mine every 30k. It’s due for radiator flush again, but it’s probably due for a new radiator. No transmission service? I think the manual says the transmission fluid is “lifetime” which is ridiculous, but as a result lots of people don’t ever service the transmission.

12 year old 200k mile truck could last forever or have a major problem next week, it’s always a crap shoot. At least it’s a southern vehicle and you have service records at all, many don’t. I wouldn’t be too scared of the service history.

I have no clue on pricing.

according to Toyota “COOLING SYS CONCERN ~|~CUSTOMER STATES: "REPLACE RADIATOR AND THERMOSTAT" ~|~PRICE QUOTE PROVIDED ON RO# 961839 ~|~REPLACED RADIATOR AND THERMOSTAT AT CUSTOMER REQUEST” this was in 2023.

Thanks! According to the Toyota website radiator was replaced in 2023.
