New tires,,,new noise ?

Just got new tires on my '03,,, now I have a new noise. Going down hill, take foot off accelerator and hear a slight squeak/ rub. Anywhere from 0-40ish mph. It's only for a second and not all the time. I've looked quite a bit on the driveshaft clunk tread, nothing sounded similar. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
PS 118k mi. drives great at 75 mph. no other shimmies, shakes or noises.

What size tires? What type of tread?

Check the dust shield. your tire shop may of hit one when they put the tires back on.

Thanks for the input. Went from stock to 285/65/18 NTG. Thinkin' it's something minor like the dust shield.
Such a quick, slight noise at slow speeds and not all the time.
