Hi all,

I have searched through the forms and I haven't found the answer I was looking for so if it has been answered I apologize in advance.

My 200 series has an OME lift with Slee sliders and currently running 285/65/18 terra grapplers as my only mods for now. I am having SLEE "Christo" install his new UCA's he just designed and was thinking of adding his spacers "Spidertrax Wheel Spacers 1.25" (5 on 150mm) with lug nuts - HUB CENTRIC" so I can have a bit more aggressive look and possibly fit a slightly taller tire.

Any recommendations that you actually know it fits at full turn.
-I drive 95%pavement 5%off-road in my backyard "Rockies". I need tires to handle speeds up to 85mph without stress

Two issues I found with Nitto Terra Grappler
1:poor in heavy rain
2:not great in wet snow

Thanks in advance!

Got my answer. Going with Nitto Terra Grappler 275/70-18 with 1.25 wheel spacers made right here in Colorado. Super high quality spacers used on trucks designed to jump 10ft without issue. I won't be doing anything that extreme. I'll pat pics once Slee is done

Interested to see how the spacers make it look.

...and the Slee UCAs. Keep us posted

Here are pictures I promised now that SLEE offroad spacers,UC arms they had designed and installed. So far I LOVE IT! What I don't love is the fact they made the spacers BLUE but over time I'll just stop noticing them. ARB Sahara is headed to the paint shop to match my rig.

looks really good, I like how the tires are now flush with the fenders...

Thank you! I think it gives the LC a little more aggressive stance

That does look very nice. What OME springs are you running?

Did you do the spacers for the 'look' or was there a mechanical reason you needed them.

Everything looks good.

A little of both. It allowed me to put a bigger tire "275-70-18" on without potentially rubbing the UC arm during extreme articulation and bring the tires more flush with the fenders. Most importantly I wanted a more aggressive look. :steer: It rides better and feels like it doesn't lean as much around turns.

Thanks a lot for posting the pics Angelo, few questions..
- how's the alignment now for your LC200, close to stock?
- build quality? how do you rate it?
- works for non-KDSS LC200? any finer details on it?
- Slee Spidertrax spacer 1.25'', fits the stock lug nuts or slee supplied. Just wondering if TRD wheels will have any issues with it?

cheers

-the alignment looks stock perfect-ride feels normal and rides super straight
-build quality looks top notch and more solid "beefier" vs. stock
-rating it...so far high marks but I'll know more when I take it off-road in two weeks
-not sure if it works with non-KDSS but I can't imagine why not
-stock lug nuts work with Slee Spidertrax.
I'll call Christo of Slee to see if he can add any input as well

Badass. Would you mind posting some full-vehicle shots? I'd love to see an overall from side and front/rear 3/4 views

i want to fit 305/55 20's but afraid that they might rub my Total Chaos UCA's. currently i am running 305/50's. would these spacers be the solution? does slee offer .75-1.00" spacers 1.25" seems a bit too much.

most importantly, what is the downside other than spraying the side of the vehicle every time you drive through/over anything wet.

Spacers will help but you'll rub the front wheel well at full turn if you don't have an aftermarket bumper like an ARB to give you more clearance which is what I'm having done at the end of the month as my tires in the front rub a little. The spacers being 1.25 is perfect for my tires but I've never tried 305's but they are overall about the same size as mine in width and dia. but sounds like your rig is more street than off-road with that wheel
Set. I live in CO near Boulder where we had flooding everywhere and didn't notice any excess spraying of mud and water on my vehicle paint vs before spacers.

that's great re water as there is a lot of snow and wet roads here in Switzerland. i'm wondering if the 55's would actually rub against the total chaos UCA or not, the 50's leave about 1-finegrs space between them and the UCA

Ah Switzerland, I'll be near Geneva June 2016 for a bike race in Annecy, France. Can't wait to visit Zurich for a couple of days.

Anyways, the Spacers will definitely allow more room away from the UC arm. I can't confirm how the 55 will fit but overall size wise it would fit with no problem if you use the Spacer I'm using. You will just need to have an ARB or TJM to prevent rubbing on front wheel well
