I got 2 of the last 3 springs, apparently both for $70.00 shipped, price now raised. Shocks, napa for early Jeep cj3b about $22.00 each, Napa # 94038. New taller bigger bump stops made from dock bumpers from local trailer place.

Old thread, but wondering about these springs. Thinking about relplcing my m416’s original rusty poor condition springs with these 8 leaf spring packs. Ride height the same? Any real noticeable difference between them and the original 10 leaf springs?

Sorry to say, not able to compare new to new. Old ones were toast. I went with very heavy, taller/longer bump stops that prevent over flexing the springs. So I can haul much more weight at slow speeds., local gravel, soil etc. Not sure at this point , but I think these springs might have been a bit wider. My oem shackles were also shot (rusted solid) so new "H" style shackles worked well. However the frame spring hangers, non shackle end worked.

Ride height seemed right given the shot OEM springs.

Edit: I just remembered the OEM spring/ubolt plate holes were a bit too close together for the wider springs.
