New seals/gaskets for 3 piece exhaust manifold?

At what point is it necessary to replace the metal seals/rings on a three piece exhaust manifold off a 2F. The end pieces on my exhaust spin somewhat easily and I am sure I could take it apart without much trouble. I figure this indicates that the seals are sort of worn.

Does anyone have any direct experience with this? Is it worth repairing?

haven't, but even though this isn't an issue on a 40, you might just start a thread under the 40s to see if you get a response easier.

also, did you try some other LC sites?
