I ordered a radio faceplate for my 60 and that it was great until it warped. Has anyone else have this issue?

I am extremely disappointed with Vintageteqparts.com. I ordered a radio faceplate for my 60 and that it was great until I found out the quality being poor. Flimsy plastic that warps. It's not even hot outside and it's already changing shape. I contacted by email 2 times and no reply. They ignored, poor customer service. Has anyone else have this issue?
