I'd have to measure but the longest version would be a desmogged 60 where the hose goes from pcv, around the factory air cleaner and down and over to under the carb. 48" would cover all applications I can think of.

were talking the PCV hose rom the PCV valve on the side cover , that's secured via the rubber grommet , to the intake manifold fitting say on the xmass tree star wars tower vertical fitting correct ?

It runs from the side cover pcv, clips into the air cleaner, so it needs enough length to route around it and onto the bracket that holds it off the carb insulator plate then down to the manifold below the carb.

It does NOT connect to the vacuum fitting that looks like the “Xmas tree Star Wars tower vertical fitting” that’s for the brake booster and a/c.

i know that topic well

we the heater hoses not the OEM Crimson Red color too off thhe cast iron water pump , across the side valve cover and from the manual heater valve shut off to the fire wall also ?

I have invested in the correct OEM Die sizes and SST type tool kits smack to start turning these out soon

Down to the all important jis anti pull off bead details

My approach will be simple if it’s disc, / NLA I’ll take it on and start with the most popular / common ones first

Yellow brass will be the way for sure !

But sourcing 5/8” thick wall straight sticks of OEM type original tubing ain’t as simply McMaster I’ll say that for sure ?

I have the whole brazed on steel tabs all sorted out

I simply need good cores un-bent to form jigs out of like this rascal

She’s original ans pure un-bent and polished out brite before I apply tue top secert skunk works formula :

Life-Time NOS in can !

Ain’t no Patina party on my watch that’s for darn sure

Actually I replaced the smallest one because it was so putrefied that it was completely rigid and problematic to open the air cleaner. I replaced it by its equivalent for a 2F non-US that I shortened but it's black, I want red x)
And really need to do something for the long one.

was the Valve Cover Main Breather hose in the back ground also OEM CRIMSON RED too ?


i have that back ground one all sorted out in the late modle Charcoal but had NO idea it could be that same color ?

Yes both are red/orange under the dirt.
The small one I think is original, the long one I'm not 100% sure, color seems more orange than red and looks like it's becoming porous.
