Thats a great gift Eric................now everybody OUTTA the way!!!!! :D

 Now we can make fun of him for his driving!!

I wish I lived somewhere where I could have a dirtbike when I was young.

for a 50cc it will move along pretty good with 200lb on it. riding gear is a must. started gathering that yesterday. he won't be allowed to ride it till he is fully outfitted. Jeanette is still wanting head to toe bubble wrap.

What size feet does he have now? I've got an old set of motocross boots just sitting around as well as my old Arai helmet that has never been crashed, obviously, size may be an issue but if they fit, your welcome to them...

Thinking back I remember my grandpa teaching me to ride on a little honda trail 70 when i was in 2nd grade. I was 10 when he gave me my first bike it was a little kv75. I rode the piss out of that bike until i got interested in racing and talked my mom into buying me a kx-80 about 2 years later. I had a blast and a fair number of broken bones during those years "NO FEAR" and "JUST NEED MORE THROTTLE NEXT TIME" were not a healthy combination for a 12 year old.

Thanks For the offer Jerry, We were given a helment with the bike that fits him. I found some good deals on motorcorssgiant.com for everthing else but boots. his shoe size is a 4.5 so maybe a size 6 boot with a thick sock. According to the PO I need to get a clutch basket (clutch slips until you get into the powerband) but it is ridable. We were going through it today, a new chain and sprockets is top of the list, other then that it's in pretty good shape.

Like Jason said "everyone out of the way". I figure he is due some input on his driving from about everyone, so rip away.
