new pitman arm!

so after some thought i decided to lengthen my pitman arm . it turns great the wheels once again hit the leaf springs when turning . and i can flip a u turn in the street with out doing a three point turn . down side the steering is quick. after some inspection the pitman arm needs to be tweeked up so out it must come but ill do that tommorow:wrench: so is it over kill??:hillbilly:

Howdy! Looks real good. I've been thinking about going the same route, but by stacking one arm on top of another and then cutting off the opposite ends. Finally welding it back together about 2 inches longer than now. I do like your setup. How long is it center to center? John
