I just picked up this 2001 LX470 a few months back. Finally saved up the money for new tires (BFG AT 285/75/16's). Running boards coming off today. Then time to save up money for sliders. I am thinking white knuckle. Already benefited greatly from this 100 board. Thanks!

Some of my personal favorite upgrades is the Climite Control. Set it at 75° (or whatever) and never dink with heater controls again! Also the Seat Heaters!! Especially when we're up in Lake Tahoe over the Christmas Holidays. (I know... I can't complain too much living in So Cal., but someone has to suffer )
I needed the extra power to tow a small camper, but I think my whole family will enjoy the comforts. Tried doing it in the 80 and it just wasn't practical. I miss my 80, but sold it to my brother in law so at least it is still in the family!
Running boards gone. Bolted on some cheap front mud flaps while I save up for sliders. Had a great time riding up to Iron Mine Lake in the Uintas last weekend. Bumpy road, but not really challenging. Looking forward to some rougher rides in the future.
